Welcome to DaxoraTech! We are committed to providing you with an outstanding learning and professional development experience. To ensure transparency and professionalism, please review the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in our training programs or services.

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by these terms respectfully and professionally.

A. Removal/Access Restriction Policy

Participants may be removed from any training program or have their access restricted under the following circumstances:

  • Attendance: Students are expected to attend 50% training sessions. If fewer participants are responsible for reviewing the materials. A total of 80% absences may result in removal from the program without refund (though access to materials will still be provided).
  • Conduct: Students must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the program without refund.

B. Program Switching Policy

To maintain program integrity while providing flexibility:

  • Participants may request to switch to another program once within the same cohort.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the program starts, or no later than 2 weeks after the program begins.
  • Switching is subject to availability and approval by DaxoraTech.
  • Participants who switch once are not eligible to switch back to their original program.

C. Refund Policy

Refunds will be handled fairly and transparently:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before program start: 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 0–7 days after the program start: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days after program start: No refund.
  • If DaxoraTech cancels a training program, participants will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Note: Deferred or rescheduled sessions requested by participants are not eligible for refund.

D. Deferment Policy

Participants may defer their enrollment under valid circumstances:

  • Valid reasons: medical emergencies, bereavement, family emergencies, or work-related issues (proof may be required).
  • Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the program start, or no later than 2 weeks into the program.
  • A participant may defer once only, for up to 3 months.
  • Deferments beyond 3 months may require re-enrollment with an additional fee.

E. Project Policy

  • Hands-on projects and internships (where applicable) must be started immediately after completion of the program or as communicated by DaxoraTech.
  • Deferrals for projects will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

F. References & Certification

References or completion certificates will be provided only after a participant has completed the program and met the requirements.
